Just keeping pace with a small portion of the literature is an herculean task, but reviewing a broad spectrum of research looking for larger patterns is beyond human capabilities.

Using advanced text mining and information extraction algorithms, Axontologic's software can identify these patterns and present them to the user - saving considerable time and increasing the chance of new discovery.

We are currently extending our software's capabilities to automatically extract cytochrome P450 drug interactions and other metabolic properties of chemical compounds from text.
